Display, Control and Data Logging for MAURER Pyrometers
The AED 1012 controller & display unit gets more out of your MAURER pyrometer. It shows all readings clearly on a touch panel, powers the pyrometer, logs measurement data to a USB stick and lets you set all parameters directly on the unit, without a computer. Depending on the version, the AED 1012 also controls your process: as a PID controller for generator power, or as a program controller for complex temperature profiles. Available as a benchtop unit or in a DIN housing for panel mounting. Developed and manufactured in Germany.

All three versions are available as a benchtop unit with feet or in a DIN 43700 housing for control cabinet mounting.
AED 1012 – Display and evaluation
The basis for every MAURER pyrometer: display readings, monitor limits, record data and configure the pyrometer conveniently.
AED 1012-C – Temperature control for generators
The AED 1012-C controls the power of a generator directly based on the measured temperature, e.g. for induction hardening or brazing. The autotune function determines the control parameters automatically.
AED 1012-PC – Program controller for complex processes
For processes with fixed temperature profiles such as heating, holding and cooling. Up to 500 programs with a total of 1023 steps can be stored and run automatically.
