A pyrometer is only as good as the service behind it. At MAURER, you talk directly to the people who developed and built your instrument. We advise you before you buy, support you during commissioning and keep your pyrometer running reliably for many years.
Personal advice
Which wavelength, which measuring range, which optics? Together with you, we clarify the target object, temperature range, measuring distance and installation conditions, and recommend the right instrument. For special requirements, we build custom measuring ranges and tailored solutions.
Calibration, recertification and repair
Calibration with certificate
For your quality assurance and audits, we calibrate your pyrometer and issue a calibration certificate. We recommend a check every 12 to 24 months.
Inspection and recertification
We inspect your instrument, readjust it if necessary and confirm its accuracy with a new certificate.
Repair
We repair MAURER pyrometers quickly and reliably, including instruments that have been in service for many years. [Optional: A loan unit is available on request during the repair.]
How it works
- Request: Call or email us, ideally with the serial number and a description of the fault.
- Send in: Send your instrument to us.
- Inspection and quote: We inspect the instrument and send you a quote.
- Return: After your approval, we repair or calibrate the instrument and send it back.
